Q. WHO ARE LOLA + BLAKE?

Lola is 4 and Blake is 1, they’re our pride, joy, inspiration + motivation. For more information please visit the About Us page which can be found in the footer.

Q. WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All our items are ethically hand made by our amazing suppliers in India in Sedex standard working conditions. Sedex, (the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), is a not-for-profit membership organisation for businesses committed to the continuous improvement of ethical performance within their supply chains.

Q. ARE ITEMS IN MY BASKET RESERVED?

Items are not reserved until you are in the checkout. Up to that point items can still be purchased by other customers, which means the items may be sold out by the time you checkout.

Q. CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

We’re sorry but it’s not possible to add to your order. Our system is fully automated which means your order has already been sent to us for processing. If your order has not yet been despatched, then feel free to contact us on [email protected] and we can either add to it for you or combine two orders if at all possible.

Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class. Please get in contact if you would like to arrange an alternative form of delivery: [email protected] + we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind + send it back to us for a refund (minus postage). Please contact [email protected] to arrange.

Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, + with labels still intact + attached! If an item is returned to us + shows signs of a breach to this then it will be returned back to you.

If a gift set product was purchased then please ensure all items within the gift set are returned together otherwise a refund can only be issued for the difference on savings made.

Q. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE?

Yes, please contact us on [email protected] to let us know what item you would like to exchange for. We will process the exchange if we have the requested product in stock. If we don’t then we will contact you to organise a refund by the original payment method. As above, items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

In the rare instance that an item might reach you + you find a fault with it, please contact us immediately via email: [email protected]

Q. I WOULD LIKE TO STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY SHOP, DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

We do offer wholesale, please register your account through the wholesale website located at the top left of the homepage.

Q. WHAT WASHING INSTRUCTIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

All our products have been independently tested by Bureau Veritas for wash quality + are of the highest standard printing. We strongly suggest washing at 30˚C because it's kinder to the environment + will keep our intricate illustration detail. We don't recommend using bleach or other harsh chemicals. Please line dry or tumble-dry on low + iron on medium or low heat.
